What's the return policy?
Don’t like your Stuffed State for some reason? No problem you can return them to us within 30 days of purchase. Please make sure Stuffed State is in original condition. It is not returnable if the tag is removed or if it seems to have been loved a little bit and stuff (i.e. soiled, damaged, ripped). To arrange a return, please email us at info@StuffedStatesUSA.com
We'll be happy to send you a return label free of charge. After inspection of return, we will issue a full refund minus original shipping charges.
We suggest getting insurance, if we don’t get your Stuffed State back, we will be unable to process your refund.
Where is my friend?
You should receive an email shortly after we process your order with your tracking information. Please feel free to contact us if you have not recevied a tracking email.
Currently,Stuffed States USA only offers US Domestic shipping.
