What's the return policy?

Don’t like your Stuffed State for some reason? No problem you can return them to us within 21 days of purchase. Please make sure Stuffed State is in original condition. It is not returnable if the tag is removed or if it seems to have been loved a little bit and stuff (i.e. soiled, damaged, ripped). To arrange a return, please email us at info@StuffedStatesUSA.com

We'll be happy to send you a return label free of charge. After inspection of return, we will issue a full refund minus original shipping charges.

We suggest getting insurance, if we don’t get your Stuffed State back, we will be unable to process your refund.

Where is my friend?

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED/TORN PACKAGES: Stuffed States is NOT responsible for LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED PACKAGING OR TORN PACKAGING BY DELIVERY VIA USPS. Each state is wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a poly envelope for shipping. Our packages arrive in tact when they are dropped at USPS. Once the packages leave our hands, we cannot control nor are we responsible for what happens to your package after USPS receives or deliver to chosen address.

WRONG ADDRESS: We will do our best to accommodate those who enter the wrong shipping address BEFORE the package is sent, but once the post office receives a package, we cannot fix the customer's address or resend the package due to a customer input error. Thanks for your understanding

DAMAGED ITEMS: If your state arrives damaged, please take pictures of the item and send to us at info@stuffedstatesusa.com

We will then do our best to rectify the situation!

RETURNS: Returns/ exchanges accepted within 21 days (see policy)

TRACKING INFO: You should receive an email shortly after we process your order with your tracking information. Please feel free to contact us if you have not received a tracking email.
