Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Stuffed States USA, I’m a small, mom-owned business that takes great care in packing and shipping your order as quickly as we can. Once your package is in the hands of USPS, however, I can't be responsible for any shipping issues that may occur. If you experience any issues, please reach out to USPS directly with your tracking info.
🚫 We are not responsible for:
• Delays in delivery, including Priority Mail not arriving within the expected timeframe
• Lost or stolen packages
• Damaged packaging
• Incorrect or misdelivered addresses
Please double-check your shipping info at checkout, and if something goes wrong in transit, contact USPS with your tracking number.
📦 If your USPS tracking shows that your package is being rerouted back to us, please reach out so we can help sort it out.

What You Can Do:
Double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delivery delays or misdeliveries.
Watch for your tracking email—it'll be sent shortly after your order is processed.
Didn’t receive tracking info? Email info@stuffedstatesusa.com and we’ll be happy to help.
If you realize you entered the wrong shipping address before your order ships, let us know ASAP and we’ll do our best to fix it.
Unfortunately, if your package has already been handed over to USPS, we’re unable to reroute it or resend due to customer input errors.
💔 Damaged Items?
While rare, if your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of it and email us at info@stuffedstatesusa.com. We’ll work with you to make it right!

We accept returns or exchanges within 21 days of delivery. [See full return policy.]
International Shipping: At this time, StuffedStatesUSA.com only ships within the United States. Please go to our Etsy page to order Internationally!

What's the return policy?
Don’t like your Stuffed State for some reason? No problem you can return them to us within 21 days of purchase. Please make sure Stuffed State is in original condition. It is not returnable if the tag is removed or if it seems to have been loved a little bit and stuff (i.e. soiled, damaged, ripped). To arrange a return, please email us at info@StuffedStatesUSA.com
We'll be happy to send you a return label free of charge. After inspection of return, we will issue a full refund minus original shipping charges.
We suggest getting insurance, if we don’t get your Stuffed State back, we will be unable to process your refund.

All of our Stuffed States are thoughtfully designed in the USA and proudly produced by our trusted and hard working manufacturing partners in China. This allows us to maintain the high-quality craftsmanship you expect while keeping our products affordable.
We work closely with our manufacturers to ensure every plush is soft, squishy, and made with care!
