What's the return policy?
Don’t like your Stuffed State for some reason? No problem you can return them to us within 21 days of purchase. Please make sure Stuffed State is in original condition. It is not returnable if the tag is removed or if it seems to have been loved a little bit and stuff (i.e. soiled, damaged, ripped). To arrange a return, please email us at info@StuffedStatesUSA.com
We'll be happy to send you a return label free of charge. After inspection of return, we will issue a full refund minus original shipping charges.
We suggest getting insurance, if we don’t get your Stuffed State back, we will be unable to process your refund.

Late Delivery, Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Misdelivered Packaging Policy
At Stuffed States USA, we are a small, family-owned business committed to providing high-quality products and personalized service. Unlike large corporations like Amazon, we don’t have the capacity to absorb losses caused by shipping issues beyond our control.
We work hard to process and ship every order within 24 hours (excluding Sundays, as USPS is closed). Each state is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and securely placed in a poly envelope before being handed over to USPS.
However, Stuffed States USA is not responsible for the following issues once your package has been handed over to USPS:
- Late deliveries
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Damaged or torn packaging during transit
- Packages delivered to the wrong address
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout to avoid delivery issues. While we take every precaution to ensure your order is packed securely and arrives intact, we have no control over your package once it is with USPS. Any issues arising after the package has left our hands should be addressed with USPS directly.

WRONG ADDRESS: We will do our best to accommodate those who enter the wrong shipping address BEFORE the package is sent, but once the post office receives a package, we cannot fix the customer's address or resend the package due to a customer input error. Thanks for your understanding
DAMAGED ITEMS: If your state arrives damaged, please take pictures of the item and send to us at info@stuffedstatesusa.com
We will then do our best to rectify the situation!
RETURNS: Returns/ exchanges accepted within 21 days (see policy)
TRACKING INFO: You should receive an email shortly after we process your order with your tracking information. Please feel free to contact us if you have not received a tracking email.
Currently,Stuffed States USA only offers US Domestic shipping.
