Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Stuffed States USA, we're a small business that takes great care in packing and shipping every order as quickly and carefully as possible. Once your package is in the hands of USPS, however, we're unable to control or be responsible for shipping issues that may occur in transit.
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact USPS directly using your tracking information, as they are best equipped to assist.
Please note that we are not responsible for:
- Delays in delivery, including Priority Mail arriving outside the expected timeframe
- Lost or stolen packages
- Damaged packaging once in transit
- Incorrect or misdelivered addresses provided at checkout

If USPS tracking shows your package as delivered but it has not arrived, we recommend contacting your local post office or submitting a USPS Help Request. MissingMail.USPS.com They may be able to review delivery details, including the scan location, and assist further.
- Check Around Your Property: Look by all doors, porches, mailrooms, garages, and even behind bushes for a hidden spot.
- Check with Neighbors: See if it was accidentally delivered next door.
- Wait (24 Hours): Sometimes carriers scan packages early; it might still arrive the next day.
- Check Informed Delivery: If you use it, see if there are photos or details.
Next Steps (If Still Missing)
- Submit a Missing Mail Search: Go to MissingMail.USPS.com and fill out the form with tracking, sender/recipient info, and a description.
- Contact Your Local Post Office: Visit or call them with the tracking number; they can check GPS data for the delivery scan and ask the carrier where they left it.
Please be sure to double-check your shipping information at checkout. If an issue occurs during transit, USPS will be the fastest way to resolve it.

If you realize you entered the wrong shipping address before your order ships, let us know ASAP and we’ll do our best to fix it.
Unfortunately, if your package has already been handed over to USPS, we’re unable to reroute it or resend due to customer input errors.
